Paintless Dent Removal or body shop?

    Yep, talk to lawyer and sue them for damage plus legal fees. I bet they settle out of court. If you have to cover on your insurance they should not raise rates for a small claim especially when not your fault. Ex is getting sued by an uninsured, unlicensed, illegal immigrant all because the police screwed up the report. Progressive reconstructed the wreck and said ex not at fault. They will probably settle out of court. Car wreck lawyers are a dime a dozen.

    So just an update, my claims adjuster sent me an email stating I was entitled to use my uninsured motorist protection and it reduced my deductible to $200. Took my truck in to the body shop today and their estimate was $1700. Now I’m stuck driving a Ford F-150 until they’re done. At this point as long as my rates don’t go up, I’m not worried about the $200, I’m just glad my truck is getting fixed.

    Damn. I don't know if its worth getting fixed if they got you in an F150:boink:
