Hi out there!

I'm considering buying a used, low-profile bed toolbox for a great price. The only downside is that someone (in their infinite wisdom" rattle-canned it black. Needless to say it's chipping and scratched and doesn't look all that great.

Any advice on the best way to re-paint the outside so it looks good again and holds up this time?
