Paint protection film waterspots

I have gotten all the spots off my windows and truck...however I have paint protection film on my hood...what should or shouldn't be used on this? Never had protection film on a vehicle before.

 

I think theres a company called 22ple that makes all sorts of stuff for cleaning and maintaining PPF.

 

My thought is that any product that you are using for paint protection should be equally appropriate for paint protection film. Both clear coat and paint protection film are simply thin films of transparent resin, one applied as a liquid, one applied in sheet form. Since paint protection film has been successfully used for many years, it must have UV inhibitors added to survive in that service, so I doubt additional protection is required.
