looks like a small amount of the wet ("cascade concrete") sloppy stuff to me.
although I bet they the troopers just being extra careful because their are a lot of idiots who would attempt it without the proper tires.

 

Yeah, its early in the season so Snoqualmie/Steven's is going to see the wet stuff now, but there's ice and people will try to drive their 2003 Toyota Prius up there with bald tires and no chains.

Our chocolate was 14, and he lived a good life. We had dogs pass when I was growing up, but Charley Dog was definitely different! All the friends said he was the “best dog ever” and I’d definitely agree. Never growled at me or the family not even 1 single time, ever. And he should have lol.
I unexpectedly cried when the vet put him down in our living room, and then very unexpectedly cried like a baby when we buried him out back with the family all around.
I really don’t care to go through that again, but I figure if we have another decent stretch the kids will be out of the house and I’ll damn near be 50 lol.

The P938 probably carriers a little better! Yep, I agree on bodyguard as well! Same with the LCP. I carry a G42 (single stack .380), and moving to a G43 (single stack 9mm) if I can ever find a FDE or OD version. That's crazy on the homeless guy, and doesn't surprise me one bit on the Seattle PD! It's getting out of hand
I'm sure eventually WA and OR will adapt the new CA ammo law.

I carry a G43 everyday and I love it. It’s been a great gun. I am with you on the ridiculous gun laws and the way WA is headed. I may end up in Idaho before too long.

 

I always joke about Idaho!! If I could move my business over there I would in a heartbeat lol!!

I am only about 20 minutes from the Idaho border so it’s pretty tempting. I wouldn’t have to give up much to make it happen, but I want land so it’s gonna take a few years.

+1 on the voters and the local governments.

This needs congressional approval from the Federal government - similar to how Californian's voted to get their state separated but will never happen.

My friend who use to live here, moved to South Carolina.. he says that the sheriff told him that 90% of the people there carry conceal, so don't mess with them. You don't see road rage there. LOL And he's been buying all kinds of guns. He says if I want exercise my 2nd amendment rights freely - move there!

I'm thinking about it.. and this NON-SENSE of tolling! WTF.. Don't we already pay like 60+ cents in TAXES per gallon on gas.
