I bought mine directly thru dealership and it was new. If I was to buy another I would buy aftermarket and try my luck. Aftermarket are cheap enough so I wouldn't both with a used solenoid personally. I don't have p/n and it would probably take me a while to find it.

Just wanted to post up the part I purchased that fixed this problem for me. It is an aftermarket s4 solenoid.

    Purchased from Partsgeek.com

    2010 Toyota Tundra Automatic Transmission Solenoid - W0133-2111649 WSO - $71.58

The solenoid was slightly different but it did fit my AB60E and has corrected the issue so far.

Also would like to note I did check the resistance of my solenoids before replacing the s4 solenoid and I was getting the proper reading between 11-15 ohms.

After looking into the issue further I decided to just replace this solenoid anyway and sure enough it was the issue.

Hope this helps out anyone else having similar issues.
