P0171 P0174: Those pesky lean codes!!!

i know this is an older thread but ive been going through it with my tundra 4.0. i replaced the fuel pu.p with a cheapo off rock auto but i fear it was short lived because the power hesitation thing with increased load or throttle is still arounf along with the pesky p0171 and 174 codes. maf is functioning.. my recently replaced throttle body reads 16% throttle at idle and 80% at full pedal depression. same as the old one. would this be something messing me up? does it need to be calibrated or something? any advice would help.
