Oops... I just wanted more grip for using them as steps... Does powder coating look "Cleaner"?

I originally got the liner but changed it to PC cause i know it'll get banged and i'll need to touch it up. Easier when PCd cause all you need is black rattle can after the trails.

I would think it’s the other way around. Spray on bed liner isn’t to bad and would prob blend better since it has more “fill”

Actually most people that wheel buy'em bare and just rattle can it themselves..... they know for a fact it'll get scratched and chip. I really do not know if liner chips once banged really bad.

I'll get the list solidified a bit better this evening but I want to say 10-15 seems right.

I'd the question is in regards to discount level were going to do the 2nd round at the current 25% discount.

All hand nested. I would love to havE hypertherms pronest program. I'm sure it (and others) that automagically nest parts for you could do better than I can but they are cost prohibitive at this time. But I do the best I can to make the most of a sheet.

Looking good man! Loving the updates! The worst part about ordering custom parts is waiting and not knowing anything... Waiting and knowing the progress is nice!

All the round tube should be fitted and welded to square tube by the end of the day. They will start getting legs, brackets and dimple panels Monday.

Good choice. Not only with touching them up, but if you’re actually going to wheel with them, you want them to “slide”. Never really wheeled with anyone who had them bedlined but I would think they would catch and not slide so well. Especially when you’re partially hung up going uphill.

IMO, It's a 300hp+ 6000lb+ truck. Bedliner isn't going to stop it from getting over an obstacle. Gravity, on the other hand.....

When you’re hung up on say a slight downgrade on a jagged rock with your wheels off the ground and you’re depending on gravity to slide you off the rock, I absolutely think it will make a difference. Your HP won’t help you and the trucks weight will hurt you.
