    I've said this before, but it needs repeating,
    grilled cheese is Kraft Deli Select cheese, two slices of white bread coated in butter.

    I'm not opposed to making a sandwich sauteed in butter with cheese and anything else, but it's not a grilled cheese.
    In the summer I like a tomato, basil and cheese sandwich. Sometimes even raw. But if you cook it, it is not a grilled cheese.

    Roma tomatoes are really good. I can eat those like apples. Speaking of apples, once in a while I'd sprinkle a little salt on every bite when I was a kid. Surprisingly really good.
    Haven't done that in a while.
    I also enjoyed raw onion when I was a kid.
    And raw green bell peppers.
    I prefer red bell peppers now for cooking. They're just ripe green peppers. They're sweeter and taste,.....well, less unripe.

    Same. And I laughed way to hard at the first part. Disagree at the second part.

    Agree on the tomato. That is my proffered way. Still like raw onion, but only is small quantities.

    Now peppers... this is always an interesting debate in my house. I love the "sweetened" ones. aka, yellow/orange/red. But the trash peppers (green), nah... those are not used in my house.
