Have any of you swapped the 18 and up Platinum Grille for the 19 and up TRD Pro grille?
Before I bought mine I was sure I was getting the TRD Pro Grille...now that I have it...its a tough call. Looking for opinions or at least a reason to talk me out of swapping...thanks

My ONLY purpose for buying a TRD Pro grille and painted hood bulge on my 2014 SR5 was to ditch the chrome.
You don't have that issue and have the painted bumper valance to match...

Spend that money on audio upgrades....:rockband:

Maybe Rich, @rrentrop from TVD vinyl can make you a blue Toyota logo to put over the chrome logo.

I like both grilles. BUT if I would’ve gone the platinum route, my plan was to switch to the pro grille.
Just wait until you need a new one and switch out other stuff in the mean time.

I have a 2020 Sport and put on the TRD grille with an Ares Customs sensor cover and love the setup. Its super clean and I really like the heritage style grilles

Me personally, hate this plate on the grille where the sensors are (I believe)

Its definitely pretty silly. I had a 2018 Tacoma Pro in Colorado before I moved to Hawaii and it would glitch out every time it snowed because snow and ice would buildup on the sensor and I would lose cruise control. Stupid design.
