Old cabin air filter

    So do these filters work on both recirculate and outside air? Wondering how all the leaves are getting in there.

    I've signed up with a subscription to these. Amazon makes it easy to remember and gives you 15% off. They just show up, and you swap em out. Makes the air in the cab nice and fresh, no scent, just clean air.

    Also, as discussed previously on this thread. This filter comes with a air flow direction arrow. So in my case (3rd Gen Tundra) the arrow will actually be pointing down when installed. Unlike the OEM. Perfect fit in the housing.

    To answer @LSUTundra, The leaves are introduced into the cabin air intake for outside air(not recirc). Should be located under the wiper cowl beneath the windshield. So is common when parking around trees, the leaves tend to settle in that area, and get sucked into the filter.

    I put a K&N in about 3 months ago, then got them for all our other cars.

    I can't believe anyone ignores them like that.
