Oil leak might not be where you think

    I'm half passing along info while also confirming it. First gen tundra appears to have oil leak from pan gasket in front left corner right above the cross member. Also appears to have oil leak around filter or the oil cooler, as well as a hose or 2 in that area. I believe all of this is actually coming from the seal where the oil cooler mounts to the engine and looks like a figure 8. I read this and sounds right I'm getting ready to do timing belt water pump, plugs valve cover/S.P. gaskets ECT. I'm going to see if I can get the gasket if not I'll go with the 103 or black/grey right stuff. Ill update within the week
