    Anyone have issues getting this washer off? I dont want to mess up the pan.

    It sticks all the time. Get an open ended wrench and knock it loose from the side. You can use a flat head but sometimes you might nicked the pan / scratch it.

    TRD Sway bar. Deck Rails, Maxliner rear floor mat, Driver side grab handle. Dee Zee bed mat
    Get a flat blade screw driver. Catch the corner of the screwdriver on the pan side of the gasket and pry it off. They don’t stick that hard. Even a smaller thread longer bolt works great. Just catch the back side of the gasket not the pan.

    3-1 level kit with add a leaf. 295/70/18r cooper max. Spider head light tail light and third brake light, tint, badges off, ladder racks, trd pro grill, color matched hood bulge, grab handle,coach builder +2, dv8 front bumper with winch, fender flares, bed cover....
    So that’s what that clip was for

    Exhaust Dirty Deeds 8”SS, some led lights, Osram headlights, Pro Stop brakes, Pop Lock, AFE dry air filter with charcoal delete.
    Just tap it off with a screwdriver or wrench. When installing a new one oil both sides to keep it from sticking. All the best....
