    Idk, it could be 5k, is that when it gives the "maintenance required soon" message? I always just do it when I see that.
    I'm at 200k miles and just switched to 5w30, I'll also be adding a qt of Lucas with every change from now on in hopes of quieting down some VVT noises

    I don't know. I change oil when I feel my truck needs it, and I have enough beer. That seems to overlap with 5k OCI pretty consistently.
