wow. just checked out the Yelp reviews on those hotels. I don't think I've read such bad reviews in a long time. Between those two hotels, we have: bed bugs, prostitution, drug dealing, fighting, peeling paint, dirty towels. Sounds like a winner.
I don't know Virginia at all besides Norfolk, is Richmond a bad part of the state? or is it just near the hooters that seems to be bad?

actually, the country inn and suites looks fairly decent. The reviews were for the Suburban place and another one near by.

Ok I talked to my brother n law, Hotel Broker, and he knows the owners of both hotels and said he would check his family in. I told him what's going on and he said he could probably get discounts for y'all. We gotta get a reasonable number of guys that need a room so I can get the ball rolling. Salute!

I've personally never stayed their and NO that side of town is not bad at all. I know when hooters host car shows those hotels fill up instantly. Their are tons of hotels in that area look up the address and near by hotels sorry didn't mean to give a bad reference
