    Depending on your deal I'm sure you'll have to purchase by the bulk. I would bring at least 30 reason is any other tundra or Toyota enthusiast that come to the event (non members) I/we will inform them if they sign up and join they will get free stuff T-shirt,decal,koozie etc just for signing up I think its a great way to show we appreciate them as a future member

    Thanks for the help as we currently are we have a pretty large event and steadily growing thanks for everyone's participation. Dealer got a lot of targeted owners interested and have a total of 11 headcount, locals a total estimate of around 20,
    On the forums a total of 10-15.
    Hooters replied they got a lot of feedback and people showing up so its gonna be a great turn out currently have guys handing out flyers in different area codes as well as I am still keep up the great work guys GREAT TEAM WORK

Also, I'll be driving up from Norfolk and probably won't feel like driving back after drinking and what not. Can any of you local guys recommend a hotel that's near by? Somewhere walking distance would be preferred.
