thank you. I have an aftermarket bumper so the front area won’t be a problem. So assuming I get the correct offset on the rims I don’t need to really worry about additional lift?

You should be fine but it seems like every truck is a little different for some reason. I have 315/70/R17 which are a 34.3 X 12.6 with +12 offset and I have room to go a tad bigger if needed. If you go to a offset closer to +25 it’s more likely the skid plate will come into play, occasionally sway bar and body mount.

My options in the 20” wheel I’m looking at are offset of 0 or +18mm. Would I be better off being safe with the 0 or do I need to keep them in further with the 18 to avoid hitting the fender when stuffed and risk rubbing?

Personally I’d go with 18 so you don’t have crazy poke throwing rocks up the side of your truck.

Just set up my stock TRD Pro with a set of Method 305's wrapped in a 295/70r18 Maxxis Razr AT. Some trimming needed on front fender well plastic but no issues with the cab mount or UCA's. +25 offset. Also, these tires are considerably bigger than other brand's 295/70r18. These measure 34.5x12".

Don’t see this referred to in the initial post/write up or anywhere else on the page and I’ve fooled around with TireSize Calculator….

I have a 2011 Platinum CrewMax with 20” wheels on it. I would like to purchase a set of OEM 17” TRD Rock Warrior wheels with 285/70R17s on them.

Seeing as that is the stock tire size found on the RW, and all the 2nd gen Tundras have the same suspension height and ride height, I should have no problem with rubbing/having to cut, correct?!

No lift or level on truck, and not looking to at this time

They will fit the math says your tires will be 32.7" tall. My stock 12 clears 33"s with room to spare

I have not yet. I haven’t decided if I will. I would like some other upgrades and may have to put re gearing at end of the list!

Nice! That is the front suspension setup I will be replacing my Bilstein 6112's with when it is time. The height from the Tundra photo looks smooth. Did you lift rear?

Currently have the 275/55/20's that came with the truck and I'm leaning towards the Method 703's in 17x8.5 in gloss titanium or the 701 in Bahia Blue perhaps, and wrapping in 275 or 285/70.

Have TRD Pro Fox suspension take offs from a 2021 ready to go in too. Sounds like it equates to about a 2" lift up front?

Anyone have photos of those 703's or 701 BB's on a MGM? Seems like the titanium is dark enough to look really good, and the Bahia Blue may appear subtle enough to look good as well.

This setup also replaced 6112. The rear is lifted also but the coilover is a bit high currently which makes it look more leveled. I was told the front would settle down a bit so I'm giving it 100 miles before I make any adjustments. I'm running 35" KO2 tires and the front ground to bottom of wheel well is 41" and the back ground to wheel well is 41-3/4". I'm amazed at how much more planted and confident the truck is with the Fox 2.5. Makes a huge difference and you can feel the difference.

Absolutely love the tire. They’ve been awesome offroad and on road. The noise doesn’t bother me. The new tech they use in this tire is great also. So far no complaints and will probably get another set when these are done.

They’re definitely on the pricier side. I know of a few hardcore jeepers that have run the rubicon and Moab with no spare. That’s a testament on how tough they are also. Hoping to get some good mileage on them. I’ll be testing them out pretty hard in Jan on our Baja run we’ll see how they hold up.

Ordered 17" MR701 in Bahia Blue this morning

MR has them on Closeout for $250/ea (normal price $365/ea). There's a few other wheels and colors available on Closeout as well.

Put on today the 35x12.5 r17 on icon rebound wheels 17x8.5 +25mm. After alignment no rubbing. Bilstein 6112 with 1.9inch front lift and 5160 with coachbuilder +2 shackles. Next to a stock new raptor with 37 package.

I've searched this thread as well as others for days and days and have yet to find my exact setup. I have a stock height 21' on the +60 black TRD wheels on the Michelin 275 65 18's. I'd like to keep the wheels for now. I want zero rubbing. Can I make that happen with 285 70 18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers? I have a C4 baja bumper, so front clearance shouldn't be an issue. The closest thing I could find was Untamed's Pro on youtube, but that has the factory lift already. I saw on the front page that trimming may be necessary, but doesn't really say what part, hence my question due to the C4. Wheel - Copy.jpg
