They've been sold already, sorry. Been rocking this setup for a few weeks. Sold the stocks a day after I put these on. If you search offer up I've seen a few sets for sale or even Craigslist.

Looks great. I'm thinking of doing the same wheel, also with a 295, but I'm concerned about my paint getting destroyed by all the little rocks and crap that the wheels will kick up, given their offset compared to stock. I've also heard these matte black wheels look like hell pretty quickly after you clean them. What's your experience been in these regards?

Blacks wheels are a huge pain to keep clean. I ran methods before on my tundra and rock warrior wheels now. After a day or so of driving around the dirt and brake dust is annoying on black wheels which is why I can't stand black wheels anymore personally. To each their own but I want my wheels to stand out and I want them to have some contrast. Black wheels just fade into the wheel wells imo.

This was my truck before when I ran some 17x8.5 0 offset method the standards with 285/70r17 falken wildpeak at3w.

Thanks for the feedback. So, what wheels do you have now? (Maybe I missed that)

Selling my 20s and had my new-to-me RW wheels shod with 285/75/17 KO2s today. This setup pulls things in enough that I won't be flinging rocks and shit up the sides of the truck anymore ... with my previous setup on Method +18 wheels and 295s, I had about 1.5" of poke and I have chipped paint to show for it. The splash guards couldn't catch everything but now they will.

Looks awesome man, I prefer thr tucked stance as well. My paint was getting tore up and I hated finding new rock Chips all the time. Worst feeling ever

Great looking truck! Was wondering about tire size and recalibrating ODO/Speedo?

    Not sure at this point.
    Thanks!!!

Haven’t done any of that yet and I think I might not… although I think a tune would help, but I haven’t looked into a tune yet.

Just ordered a set of the SCS Ray 10 18x9 +25 offset… now comes tires… looks like I have 4 options around my desired size.

    35x12.5
    305/70/18
    295/70/18
    285/75/18

Now to go research those sizes and see what’s offered in what, and cost differences. Seems like a lot of options for the 34-35” size range.

The 295/70 and 35s had most options when I was looking a couple weeks ago. I wanted 285/75 but couldnt find what i wanted in stock anywhere. Ended up with 295 which had a lot more to choose from anyway.
Finding in stock was the tricky part for any of those sizes.

I went with the 295/70/18 Falken Wildpeaks… my tire guy had them right there ready to go! I’m happy with how they look and ride so far. I pushed the bumper out with the spacers and it only rubs slightly on the skid plate at full lock.

Front: 5100 Bilstein on third notch plus a 0.5 inch thick spacer for an additional inch of lift. RC aluminum UCAs.
Rear: Adjustable shackles lifting 3" on the left and only 1.5" on the right. Don't know why my truck had a rowdy gangster lean, but it is now fixed.
Wheels and tires: Method Roost MR308 18x9" with Michelin LTX 295x70R18 (no rubbing and rides like a Cadillac)

    2012 LC200 Diesel - Looking to add a Tundra
    Hello All-

I'm considering buying a 2020 Tundra but am trying to price out what the mods I would want will cost. I've spent about 12 hours reading these forums (great resource!) and think I have everything worked out except for the wheel and tire combination. In the first post in this thread it says this:

Before reading that I had planned to go with BFG All-Terrain T/A KO2 E Rated 315/70/17 tires on Icon Rebound - those are 17X8.5 with a 25mm offset, 5x150 bolt pattern, and a bore of 110.10mm. Two potential problems when compared to the quote above from the first post:

    1) That quote only shows 18" options, which is odd because I've seen quite a few photos on this forum with 2014+ Tundras on 17" wheels. I know on the 200 series Land Cruisers with KDSS, also a 5x150 bolt pattern, that Toyota OEM 17" wheels will sometimes not clear the front brake caliper (because the OEM wheels are so thick), but other brands of 17" wheels fit fine. Do you know if this is a problem for the 2020 Tundra?

    2) The first post also says this:

Those Icon Rebound wheels show a bore size of 110.10, does that mean their center hole will be too small to fit over the 110.5mm bore?

(BTW - I'm planning on using the Icon Stage 9 suspension kit)

Thanks in advance for any help!

I've included a photo of my Land Cruiser just to keep this post interesting.

Just wanted to chime in here and thank everybody for all the info. I spent months trying to figure out what to do. I was all over the map and went from largest tire on stock wheels to considering a 6” suspension lift and 37’s. Along the way I learned way more than I’ll ever remember about offset, backspacing, bolt patterns, rubbing, trimming and tire sizes.

Seeing all the posts here really helped me figure out what I wanted and I finally pulled the trigger. Couldn’t be happier with it so I figured I’d repay the favor and do my part.

This is my 2011 TRD 4x4. I landed with a 2.4 ReadyLift level kit, Black Rhino Aliso 18x9 +12 and 33” (285/65) BFG’s. I also replaced my struts up front with Bilstien's in the 11th hours because the originals were pretty well rusted.

    Before:
    ADDC0957-3CFD-4B21-93CB-A0C981DF096A.jpg

    After:
    02334574-326E-4F85-9300-7F23EF76CFEB.jpg

I really couldn’t be happier. I gained a few in the front, got that wider stance and the rims are pretty basic, but just enough to make it look like less of a shopping cart. And I can still fit in most parking garages.

Thanks again for all the help and photo inspiration. It was really difficult to choose all this stuff not seeing it all in person first.

Now... What the heck do I do with these old OEM wheels?

Looks great. +12 Black Rhino don't look like they stick out as much as I thought they would. Are those tires 33x12.50 or 275/70 ?

thanks! they stick out just enough… i haven’t measured for accuracy but i’d say they bump out at least an inch and a half and change. angle could be better on the photo. they’re 285/65. just shy of 33” i guess.

did you need to run wheel spacers with the +60 wheels and those 12 wide inch tires?

But they do rub slightly on the stabilizer bar at full
the right side rubs slightly on the stabilizer bar at full turn. Maybe because of tundra lean??

    Nice Landcruiser!

Anyway, I’m running 315/70/17 BFG AT/KO’s on 17” Icon Rebounds with Bilstein 6112s set at 1.9” of lift up front on my 2015 Double Cab. I had previously removed the from bumper pieces, so I don’t know if they would’ve rubbed. I also had to cut a bit of the mud flaps behind the front tire, but the setup easily clears the body mounts.

I love the setup, but I do notice power loss and obvious mpg loss with the bigger and heavier tires. I still wouldn’t change this tire/wheel setup, though. The only complaint is that I wish I would’ve gone with either bronze or black wheels only because I’ve gotten bored with the way the titanium colored wheels look.

I have no experience with Icon suspension, but I’ve heard it’s good. Post pics when you get it all installed!
