nice truck. I’d like to keep my stock 20’s also. What size and lift are you running?

Thanks, I installed a Rough County 3/1 leveling lift and utilized the stock limited wheels (60mm Offset) as well as 1 inch spacers. The tires I used were Nitto Ridge Grapplers 35/11.5/20r. I did a ton of research and found only 2 people that reported this same combination. I did remove the front mudguards prior to tire installation but was able to reinstall them after running a self drilling screw and washer thru the guard into the body mount. The only required plastic removal was the short plastic flap in front of the front wheel. Also the Limited stock wheels have relief areas on the back that allow the installation of 1” spacers without the need to modifying the studs. The only other mod needed was to shim the front bumper out 1/2” which was easy and cheap.

In the end there was plenty of clearance on the UCA, BM and sway bar with Zero rubbing. I even ditch tested the set up driving diagonally in forward and reverse with no rub. All this said I feel the ending wheel offset was where the magic combo is and the limited wheels seem to be slightly different offset wise than other stock Tundra wheels so take note.

I was all set to trade in and get a 2022 Limited but the lift and tires has me in love with my 17 again!EF73CB19-D701-423C-AA65-79934D93E5D1.jpg C1734014-812A-495D-81B4-4B35BDA75474.jpg 76203C2F-6D8D-4C80-9345-9B7EA8832495.jpg BDBA429A-BBE6-495B-9396-53DFF347E426.jpg 21AA6C16-49E2-438A-8802-AFC81E8E908B.jpg1AC9BF09-BA1A-430F-8FDE-6316F348098F.jpg

Awesome truck man. Are these Fuel Techs the +20 or +1 offset variety? How's the fitment/rubbing on the front? I have a 3/1 Readylift with 295/60r20 with 0 offset wheels. Thinking about going with 285/65r20's next time.

They are the +20. There was the slightest rub if he truck was sitting wonky and the wheel was full lock out on reverse, and that was with the bumper shims installed. So heated and massage the inner bumper panel a little bit so I didn't have to worry about it.

Cool bro. I heated and pushed the inner plastic forward and still rubs a bit in reverse. My front bumper shims came in the mail yesterday so hopefully that does the trick.

Did you have to add a block or longer shackles to the rear?

front: any bumper shims? I want to do as little as possible and fill my wheel wells.

Nope, didn't touch the back and no bumper shims. Wheels went on first and didn't rub, fronts were just for a bit more clearance/level

Looks awesome! Great idea with the spacing! So did you do 1” spacers on the front AND back, or did you do additional spacing up front? I’m looking at 295/70r18 Baja Boss act’s on stock aluminum wheels. Thanks!

Just had 5.29 gears installed, turns these new 35" tires like they were stock size. Loving the setup. Tundra finally looks right.

First I want to thank everyone on this thread for all of the help, information, and advice. It made my build so much smoother!
1st pic is before and 2nd pic is after. I ended up going with:
    3.5" Rough Country Lift
    18" Method 305 NV (+25)
    Duratrac 285/75/r18 (34.8")

No rubbing with extra room to add some chains if I need to.
I did the body mount chop myself, moved the front fender liner forward by redrilling new holes, and re-formed the skid plate.

    thank you!
Yeah I don't have any clearance issues. I went overkill with the BMC and flattened the pinch welds. I was going to put 37s on but I decided against it due to having to make even more mods just to fit them (removing front bumper/shaving it down)

I'll take a picture of the BMC later but I have zero issues. Some people say the BMC might have not been needed...but I'd rather have it done and not need it...then to need it and not having it done.

    You should be fine.

I just installed Continental Terrain Contact ATs 265/70 R18 on SCS Ray 10s which have a +25 offset. I'm stock height and no rubbing at all. I don't have a lot of miles on these tires yet, but so far I love them. Almost as quiet as the all seasons that came stock on the truck. I did take a 3 hour trip on the highway the other day and they were really smooth and quiet at highway speed too.

Falken Wildpeak AT 315/70R17 on ICON 17x8.5 (25 offset)
ICON Stage 1 3.0 lift w/RXT rear (add-a-leaf installed to account for the weight of the SmartCAP, Decked system, and RTT). It sits level and rides great lightly loaded beyond those items with a full tank, but an air bag assist is likely in my future to help handle the hitch mounted dirt bike and full loads.

The tire shoulders are essentially flush to the outside of the wheel wells and only the sidewalls bow out beyond a small amount. It did require the body cab mount cuts and also a stock skid plate trim.

Just got mine done. Found a great deal on some rock warrior wheels. Cleaned them up, painted up the center caps and mounted up some 315/70r17 ko2. Truck looks so much better. What you guys think?

Suspension specs are icon 3.0 stage 1. Front is set to how it comes from icon. Roughly 2.25 to 2.5 inches of lift and rear is about 1.25. Only rubbing is on the sway bar at full lock.
