Looks good. My dad bought a wheel very similar to that for his 4th gen 4runner

    2015 Tundra TSS SR5 4x4.

3" Coil spring spacer in the front, 1" block in the rear.
    Stock TSS wheels.
Spidertrax 1.25" bolt on wheel spacers.
295/65/20 Nitto Trail Grappler (35" tire).

To use this size tire I had to of course modify the skid plate. Along with that I had to remove the front lower fender liner from the bumper. Not just the little flap, the entire liner that covers the back of the bumper. I was still having issues with rubbing the sway bar at full lock. To remedy this i purchased and installed 1.25" Spidertrax bolt on wheel spacers. At that point I had to remove the mudflap from behind the front tire but now there are no rubs, issues or any complaints from me.

Calling a coilover a strut is like calling a magazine a clip.
    But I digress....

Lol. I call it a coilover when it is adjustable and better than just bla.

Just like a 10 round is bla and a 30 round is a magazine

There are very distinct and key differences. Being adjustable has nothing to do with the definition and usage of a coilover. Just like capacity has nothing to do with a magazine vs clip.

@jberry813 What is the technical explanation for the difference between a strut and a coilover?

I believe in the one above the 'strut' actually takes the place of a uca and therefore most of the spindle/knuckle on a car and supports more than just linear load that the coil over takes in a truck.

@Relentless hit it spot on. Struts are engineers to provide vertical and lateral support and be able to rotate. Also known as McPherson Strut. Coilover is literally coil over shock. It's basically a beefed up shock that has mounts capable of supporting the weight of the vehicle with a spring around it providing vertical support only with the control arms providing the lateral support.

This article is a great read covering all the different type of suspension designs there are:

I haven't read through all the posts so if this has already been answered, my bad.
I just put on Bilstein shocks and struts with a 2.5 inch lift on the front and 275/60 - 20 tires.
As far as the wheels go, do they need to be 20x8, 20x8.5 or can they be 20x9?
I want to keep it as close to OEM as possible with regards to offset and backspacing.

Look at the specs on the tire you want. It gives a req wheel width range.

    Winner winner chicken dinner!
A coilover doesn't dictate KPI/SAI. The ball joints on the end of the double a-arms do. You can place the lower mount anywhere on the LCA that fits your needs for the shock ratio you are trying to achieve.
With a McPherson strut, everything (linear and lateral load) rests on the lower strut mount (and there is no upper a-arm). While this works great for vehicles that have limited travel (namely passenger cars), it doesn't lend itself to moderate (let alone significant) travel numbers or any spirited offroad driven vehicle.
Coilovers obviously are also used heavily in linked suspensions. But for all intensive purposes, links are the same thing as double a-arm. Trailing arms and upper links are the equivalent to lower/upper control arms.

I'm not a big off roader. I also have SPC UCAs and everything seems smooth. I am not quite sure what to look for also to truly grade it.
