Sweet! I have those rims sitting in my garage, plan to install them once all the salt is gone here in VA. Had an appointment set to install on Monday, but we are getting more snow this weekend.

What lugs did you use? Vendor/part number?

I just ordered a matching set of racelines lugs.

    They're the 14x1.50 lugs

I recently purchased a new set of wheels from @memario1214 at HotShot Offroad. Colton hooked me up with a set of Fuel Offroad Covert D716 wheels in Gunmetal and Gorilla spline lug nuts in black gloss.

    5 x 150

    20” x 9

    20mm offset

I had a local shop, Round 2 Offroad, mount my current tires on the wheels, install new TPMS sensors, balance, and a front end alignment. (The front end alignment had been done incorrectly at 2 previous shops. Scott at Round 2 got me fixed up).

Truck sitting across the street from Round 2, after getting the new wheels on, waiting it's turn with the alignment wizard.
    IMG_8421.jpg IMG_8418.jpg

The tires currently on the truck are Kenda Klever R/T KR601 33x12.5R20.
    IMG_8445.jpg

Suspension is Eibach Stage 2R’s (adjustable coilovers in front, reservoir shocks in back) and Dirt King Gen2 UCA’s. (Also sourced through @memario1214 at HotShot Offroad). 2” lift in front, nothing lifted in the rear. (That is, from the top of the tire to the fender, the front measured 5” and the rear measured 8”. After replacing the stock shocks and adjusting the front coilovers to 2”, the front measured 7”, and the rear measured 8.5”. The rear shocks were so worn out that I was able to compress them with my hands holding them at arms length in front of me. So the extra .5” in the back may have been just compensating for the sag from the old shocks).

    IMG_8282.jpg

No rubbing. The front mud flap thingy’s are removed, otherwise it would be much closer. But as of right now, no rubbing.
    IMG_8446.jpg
    IMG_8441.jpg

My old wheels, which were stock BBS steel 20” wheels that came with the SR5 Texas Edition Tundras at that time, had an offset of 50. The new wheels have a 20 offset, so I have a little over 1” of poke that I didn’t have with the factory wheels (which sat flush to the side line of the truck prior to changing wheels.

I love the ride, and I love the look.

I'll get some better shots on a sunny day.

    Stock 2021 SR5 except...
    • Canopy: SNUGtop Hi-Liner
    • Tires: Falken Wildpeak AT/4W
      • LT285/70R17
      • As you'd expect, E rated makes for a rough ride without weight. Other than that, no complaints.
      • They've been impressive in the wet, ice and snow for their first winter (~1000 miles).
    • Wheels: Icon Recon SLX, Charcoal
      • 17x8.5, 25mm Offset
Stock suspension w/ the front plastic splash guards/fender well protector removed fits this set up without rubbing--that's no rubbing at full turn forwards or backwards. The splash guards posterior to the front wheels were only slightly modified. I took the heat gun to em for a little reshaping. Worked a charm as others have described. Hope this helps someone with stock suspension get the right fit and function for their truck.IMG_7692.HEIC.jpg IMG_7802.HEIC.jpg IMG_7798.HEIC.jpg

Poke: I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the look of the +25mm offset. Turns out I like it. It's far less noticeable than the calculated 2+inch protrusion would suggest. It's difficult to tell in this first picture, but the contact patch is out from the body by an 1 1/4inch at most. As you're approaching the vehicle you can really only see side wall, and its minimal protrusion.

This picture below is the best representation of how the poke looks in real life.

    Fender Plastics Modification:

I followed the advice given elsewhere. Take the front plastic off. Reshape the back one. No cutting, just heating and bending.

Slight rubbing on the sway bar at full lock.

these look great and glad BFG is finally making this size

I’ve had to run wheel spacers in order to clear this size

Is your truck stock? I have a 2021 platinum with a coil spacer leveling kit up front temporarily and I put the TRD BBS wheels on it. Im wanting to run a larger tire but the offset on the TRD wheels seems to limit large tires pretty greatly.

The TRD Pro already rides higher than my truck i believe, but im wanting to do the same sort of set up you've got. Do you happen to know what clearance you have to the UCA? Just trying to figure out if I need to wait on the bigger tires until I get coilovers and UCA's
