I would recommend it. They MIGHT be able to be squeezed in without a leveling kit. I have a 2.5/1.5" leveling kit and 295/70/18s on stock TRD wheels with 1.25" spacers and there was a bit of plastic rub at the back of the front bumper. Removing the mud flaps and manipulating the plastic with a heat gun is necessary for no rub.

Thanks for the response. I just looking for a beefy stance, tires to fill the wheel wells.

Hey guys, new member here with some tire questions. First of all great site with lots of info! Ok, now I want to make this Pro look beefier with some new wheels and tires but I do NOT want any rubbing as it drives me crazy. I was looking at some 18x9 +10 offset RBP Assasian 2's with Nitto Trail Grappler 285/65R18. Will this work? Looking at the Nitto site these are just less than 33 tall and almost 12 wide but the tire size calculators say different?

It seems many with the pros can get 295/75/18 on with zero rubbing.

Ok thanks, sounds like tire size is good. Any thoughts on the +10 offset?

My wheels and tires are in. . I will do 1.25 wheel spacers and run bushwacker extended flares. I hope it ends up about even or so. Debating on TPMS sensors

Not sure on that offset? Others were using that tire size Sean mentioned, but kept their stock PRO wheels, with no rubbing. I went with a +18 wheel, 18x9, but I also have a different front bumper and did the body mount chop. +10 may be a little too much?

Ok thanks. I didn't see another offset option for those but I'll check again. The +10 would push them out to far and maybe rub when I turn? Odd thing was when I found these wheels on CarID they said they would fit with 18x8 +10 and I didn't think there would be a huge difference between 8 & 9 but not sure with that tire size.

I ordered a set of RBP Voltage for my last vehicle and they drilled and cut them special for my Trailblazer. They show the Assassin available in 18x9, 20x9, 20x10, 20x12, 22x12; offsets: (-25) - (+10) for 20x9 & 20x10. (-44) for 20x12 & 22x12. They don't list specific offsets for 18". In my experience with RBP though, you can choose the bolt pattern and offset, whatever you want. I had ordered them through a local wheel shop here. I'm sure you could do that locally too. The wait time though is usually several months. On CardId, I didn't see an offset specified? If you go through them, I'd call to confirm offset first.

Thanks for the info on RBP. It shows you the offset after you put it in your cart and view it there. The weird thing is they said a 18x8 would work but not the 18x9 and that doesn't make sense to me. Anyway not sure if I can handle a long wait for new wheels. I'm still not sure if the gloss black is the right wheel for white or if I should stick with a matte finish for a more stealthy look over a blingy one. So many choices and it's tough not seeing them in person as pics usually don't them justice.

I here ya. I bet a White wheel with matte black accent might be cool looking. You don't see that much so if would definitely stand out. I'll do a little fun searching for ya.

Cool thanks! Yeah I want to be differnt than the guy down the street. I liked the Fuel Boosts I had on my 2013 but now there is one truck down the street and a couple more not far so I'm really thinking hard on what to put on.

I'm sure it might have been discussed here already but can someone tell me what range of offset I should be looking at that work for the Pro? I'm wanting to put a little larger tire of course. At least a 285/65 18.
Anyone have he Method NV 18x9 +25 offset?

You ordered a more negative offset than Jason's so they WILL stick out father. About 3/4" father.

Hello everyone, great forum and lots of info. I am new to the forum and need some guidance with rims/tires. My tundra is a 2015 crewmax 1794, it has Bushwhacker pocket flares 1.75 inches and a revtek 2 inch leveling kit? I am looking at getting some gear 20x9 rims that have a +35 offset, I have 275-55 r20 tires now but they do not fill the wheel wells properly or come out far enough with the fender flares, my question is if I put on 305-55 R20 tires with the +35 offset will this combo bring out the tires flush or a little beyond with the flares or will I need to go with a different offset to achieve this and if so what offset would be correct? (Looking for a bit of an aggressive stance). With 305-55 R20's will this rub on anything in the front end/wheel wells, thanks everyone in advance, jim

Lock to lock, buddy. I wouldn't claim no rub, unless it was all the way. Only think I haven't checked is hard flex. I am not going to be wheeling it until I get the suspension done, at the end of the month. i just wanted to be rolling on something that looked like truck tires, until then

Yessir. I do believe grabbers run pretty big too . Like I said, I removed some plastic up front. I probably can't twist this biatch up too much though. running the Rock warrior wheels probably help lots. The offset and wheel size is designed for the tundra , so it will work better than most aftermarket wheels. I did this with some research

Weird. My offset on my aftermarket wheels will only let me run around the max I have now of 34.41"
I'm also measured from the hub at 3.5" of lift.

The plastics I understand. Easy fix. But do you not have a skid plate? I'm intimately familiar with the RW wheels. 17x8 with a 50mm offset (6.4" backspacing).
I run an 18x9 wheel with a 18mm offset (5.7" backspacing) and 35x12.50's. Even with less backspacing (wheel farther out) I would rub my skid plate while turning. Had to be moving though. Sitting in a parking lot, everything cleared. Only rubbed with some lean. I ended up cutting 1/2" off each side of the skid plate. With effectively the same size tires and you have almost 3/4 of an inch more BS, I can't imagine how you are not rubbing the skid plate while driving. The larger BS certainly will help to keep the tires off the body mount howerver. I did a CMC specifically for that problem.

Sean, what's your hub to fender measurement up front now?

I actually tapped in the corner of the skid plate to clear the tire. I forgot about that modification. I remember reading that it would be a problem so I adjusted it before I even put the wheels on I guessed at the arc and tapped the corner up a bit
It seems to work. Sorry I forgot I even did that until you mentioned the skid plate
