Chiming in...2015 Platinum w/TRD Supercharger, TRD Exhaust and Intake, HpTuned by American Intense Racing in Denver. They achieved great results with 498 whp and 482 wtq. He was also able to work the tranny and firm up the shifts a bit. No guages...but I'm rethinking that now.PXL_20201125_034429988~2.jpg IMG_20200724_102246.jpg IMG_20200724_102307.jpg IMG_20200728_102543.jpg

Those are some great numbers! I'm still waiting to get mine tuned. If my results are anything like yours I'd be very pleased.

Do you know how much boost you were making?

I'm not sure.. any idea if the that info would be saved in my trucks file with the American Intense Racing?

No idea, I've never used that tuning setup or been on a dyno. Maybe they were plugged into the boost port on the blower so was curious, it's not something the truck can pull from any internal sensors though.

Running into an issue that I thought you all maybe able to help me with....

I rarely drive the truck and it's even more rare that I rip on it...in all honesty, I think I've only floored it maybe 5 times. Anyways, I took it out today and decided to feed it some throttle and noticed it was losing some power in-between 3500-4800 rpms....once it got above 4800..it would rip and throw me back into the seat again. By losing power, I mean that it just kinda stopped pulling really hard and was much slower building revs through that range. I even tried manual mode, with nannies off, and experienced the same slow response through that rpm range....but 4800 or so came around and it pulled like it should. It's currently -6 here in Denver so I thought possibly that the denser air may have caused the ecu to pull back a bit or the belt is slipping. However, the fact that it pulls hard again above 4800 to redline makes me think otherwise.

Do any of you fellas have any idea what maybe going on? Any and all thoughts are appreciated!!

I have a question on tunes for 93 octane with the TRD setup. Not sure where to go with it here.

I noticed two of you on this list w/ SC tundras have nitto terra grapplers. I just had them installed Saturday. Getting tons of tire spin compared to my last set of Michelin defenders. I really need a tire with more load capacity that can handle years on our long gravel road. My defenders got 25k miles and were bad enough to pull off. I am oem sized - no lift just leveled w/ Elkas. Any recommendations on the best AT tire that will keep my traction control at bay? I don’t care about cost or mileage -strictly performance. Thx!

I'm running 295/70/18's in the Cooper At3 XLT's and no complaints. Overall a very good AT tire and great tread wear. No traction control issues. I know mine are a little larger than stock size, but wanted to pass along the feedback.
