    I was in the same boat, I always had buzzed hair but noticed how thin to none existent it was in the back. I let the beard grow in a little and then shaved my head. Been about 2 years and I don't have regrets. If you keep your hair shorter, I say try shaving or buzzing it way short to see if you like it. If you don't, let it grow back.

    With it being colder, be sure you have head coverings as you will not hold in heat without hair.
