    Good morning Tundras.

    Perfect day for concrete. 50-60 degrees out. Have a little bet going with my daughter on how many concrete bags we need. She tried to help lift the 60 lb bags but once was enough. She weighs 89 lbs.:rofl:

    Went down and spent the afternoon with a buddy yesterday afternoon to see his progress on his house remodeling. I haven't seen his "war room" since finished. I was so impressed with how that turned out. All the Green Beret history he was in and stories. Retirement has been good for him. 21 years was long enough.

    Yes. The hardest part is the base and setting up proper drainage.

    Going back out to the river this morning. I've got the four corner coordinates and will locate them in theory. Got a surveyor coming out to plot it accurately. The river will be closed to boaters just south of me from Lobatos Bridge to the New Mexico border from April to May 31. Seems it becomes a protected raptor breeding area! Native Americans settled here 10,000 years ago. There was a old ferry not far away. The nearby Lobatos Iron Bridge has been there since 1892. One of three of its truss type left. Taking my drone to get some decent shots.
