    Sucks about the roof. What caused the damage? We had to replace ours this year. Class 4 roof really dropped the rates...fyi.

    Improperly installed roof is main culprit. The valley wasn't done correctly. But the back side of the house has two different pitches. The snow on the roof and then rain cause water to flow up and under a section where the TT wo pitches merge. Roofers were gone for the day when I noticed this. Hoping it's a quick fix for them so I don't have to deal with the water in the house.
    Thanks Kyle.
    It's sporadic over here. Can't wait for the roof to be finished. Tired of dealing with this. Been 3 1/2 months now.
