    Yes sir, its been cooling off a bit. Truth be told, i really love the 100° + heat! Didnt bother me much. I still hiked and worked in the real heat of it all. The key for me was making sure i had sufficient electrolytes and skin/sun protective clothing…

    something no one around here would believe me about, but yeah a few more layers covering skin exposure actually goes a long ways in body temp regulation and comfortability. I easily walk/hike/jog six to 12 miles daily and have been doing such through the hottest days. Im almost finished with my six miles now. Resting at the lake for a moment. Everyone here would call me crazy for covering up and walking (mostly all in black, mind ya) in the middle of the hottest times of day.

    Love the heat but do have such disdain for the hard hard cold…

    I actually do the same in the heat. Anyone that has been in the middle east or hot areas knows this. Fastest way to fade is having exposure to the sun.
