    Morning all!

    Be safe today. Had to file an incident report the other day for a person who went onsite (not owned by us but we own conduit/cabling). The owners of the building had two doors leading to a space. The door with the light switch and stairwell was locked.

    Employee tried to access the other door, which was unlocked, no signage. Employee tried to turn on the light and couldn't find the light switch. Took one step into the space....at which point said employee discovered the floor was actually 5' down.

    Multiple fractured ribs and all that jazz. I mean, seriously - who leaves the door with a 5' plunge UNLOCKED and locks the door with the stairwell and light switch? :confused:
