    I miss my smoker. Around here in the summer we have pretty strict fire restrictions (and I live next to fire marshal bill). Guess I could get an electric smoker.

    No kidding? I forget that some places up north are not that high in elevation. Probably why those 12k foot peaks look like the Himalayas. :rofl:
