Wyoming looks the same.
Sad thing is all night ill see people tossing live cigarettes all night.

 

Those people are grade-a shit bags.
Drove through three fire areas today - almost too thick to see the road in one area.
Watching a helicopter dunk buckets of water out of a river to go drop them on a distant mountainside and it looks like trying to put out a house fire with tupperware containers of water.

 

I never understood that. You're already smoking in your car. It already smells like an ashtray. Just put it out in the car and leave it.

 

I seen the Oregon fires for weeks on TV before I was sent to deliver in Vancouver WA. What I watched on TV did not prepare me for what I drove through. Never forget it! Tons of people traveling east on I-84. By the time I got into Idaho my chest was killing me. Anybody whos ever traveled through I-84 in Idaho you know the weigh stations and rest areas are massive. RV's and personal vehicles packed like sardines. I had to travel into Wyoming to park. The looks on those peoples faces ill never forget.

I haul hazmat. Heliums not flammable but most people dont know. Hell during a DOT inspection the DOT officer asked me if it was flammable. Anyways I get truckers and cars pass me and toss cigarettes all the time. Half CA is always got fires and ill be damned if smokers aint trying to light up the other half.

 

The whole western united states'is on fire it seems. Smoke gets ya bad. I feel bad for the ones with breathing issues.
