    Just get one of the metal troughs for live stock and fill with ice. I'm thinking of getting one for the dogs to play in. They are miserable just being inside, but too hot to leave them out.

    From working in the Puget Sound area, I remember that a lot of people don't have AC. Hopefully y'all do. Stay cool and hydrated.

    I’ve got sprinklers running in my yard (all pollinators and flowers - no grass) just trying to keep it all from wilting. Strangest thing is there are no song birds. Anywhere. Not a single flutter or sound. My chickens are all congregated under a mister I built for them a couple years ago.

    My side of the state sees hotter temps than the west side. Lots of AC houses over here. I feel sorry for a the folks without AC on the west side. This is historically hot for them. My aunt from Seattle suburbs is down visiting family in the AC as her place doesn't have it. Her husband had to stay for work. He says it's miserable. It's cooler outside than inside.
