Not bad? In what world is that good, that's more than a 2021 TRD Pro.

I am so glad I bought my 2021 Tundra. Money saved. A small mpg increase will never make up for a 20% overall price increase. Good grief that is a lot of money for not that much additional value.

I have . In this area when I bought my Rebel a TRD Pro was 80,000 CAD , my Rebel had an MSRP of 74,000 CAD , I bought it for 54,000 with an extended warranty . I wanted to keep the extra 30,000 after tax in my account lol .

The cost isn’t the issue so much as the hassle, agreed on the financial aspect though.

Looks like base vehicle prices are not up so that much. So when folks go to buy a 22, they'll just have to be careful about which packages they add if they're concerned about cost.

The prices are not that much higher, it's just there are more options now.

A 2021 1794 is not the same as a 2022 1794, there are much more tech, features, and higher grade material. The previous 1794 is like a current standard equipped Limited or even a well optioned SR5. The level has moved up thus difficult to compare.

My Limited is probably in lines with a SR5 in feature and price.

Is like getting a flip phone for $200 vs a smart phone for $300 these days. One is cheaper however...

I call BS on the sheet that has the 4x4 Long Bed Pricing. Listed on the sheet with pricing beside all the other stuff they have the locking diff, Biilstein suspension, TRD Alloy wheels, and skid plates, and crawl control just to name a few. All of this is listed for 2090.00???? Go price a locking diff, wheels and just one skid plate! The cost of these Things are way more than the price listed. I do not know who is doing the math for this sheet list or where they are purchasing these products for this price but someone get their number because I would like to have a few skid plates, a locking diff, and some Shocks for 2000 thousand dollars!!:) There are going to be more than a couple people that will be shocked at the pricing of some of these Tundra Trucks.

I don’t mean to rain on someone’s hopes but that pricing is either way off or the pieces listed for that price are really cheap for cheaply made products. The last three weeks I have been purchasing some of those things listed and prices including vehicle parts have drastically gone up in price from what they were just a year or two ago and on top of that then one has to include shipping and those prices went ballistic also. All these things will be out in the open for all to see in the real world and then there will not be people like me posting anymore MAYBEEEs!!!!:) I am anxious to see how much Tundras have gone up in price.:(

Same price as a similarly equipped XLT.

    Good deal.

Wow, the MSRP on my 2021 F-250 XLT with similar options was less than that.

It looks like you will be in 60's before you have power folding mirrors.

This is before options are added to the truck. So if you want these prices, no options beyond standard features can be added. As we have seen from the build sheets, the prices go up quickly. An SR5 can be more than 60k. Insanity.

This new tundra is a real roller-coaster. At first I was very excited, followed all the bread crumbs. Then the actual photos came out, and I wasn't a fan of the front end. Then I watched a few videos about all of the improvements, front end of different trims looks ok. Back on board to get one. Then the mpg's come out, not really anything world beating, and by the time you fill the tank with premium (you know you will want top performance from the turbos) probably not saving much money. Then the trd lift kit starts to show up, I'm back in again. But now with prices like this showing up. I want a loaded platinum with the TRD lift kit and the hybrid. Looks like even with a great trade in its just too much money for a completely new truck that could be riddled with issues. I absolutely hate going to the dealership, even if everything is free. It's just a giant waste of time. So now I think I am out again. Probably will change my mind again when the next bit of information comes out. Which should be hybrid mpg's?

I do think this is the worst vehicle roll out I have ever seen. Bread crumbs drive people away rather than create interest. The only one who wins from the bread crumb roll out is the YouTubers that make videos.

Based on the start price of 45k that's the SR5.
