    Joined the ranks this week!
Been “shopping” tundra since the 22 release. Almost doubled down on 24 Tacoma (have had an 09 taco since new) this past summer but I really wanted more space.
Glad I went for the 2025 in celestial silver.
First customization complete: Just downloaded Carista and turned off the piped in engine noise. Should I change the AC down while I have the month paid for?

Next Need all weather Mats, tonneau, bed mat, a level and tires! And probably a screen protector. Anything else I’m missing?

From a fellow celestial silver Platinum owner, congrats on a great choice!! I bought mine a month ago, here’s what I went with after some heavy reading on this site:
-Tuxmats- they are awesome, best mats out there in my opinion- had Weathertechs in another prior vehicle, no comparison.
-BAKFlip MX4 tonneau cover- I would give it an A-. The way it attaches to the bed rails limits what cleats you can use and their range of motion/sliding. I also returned the first one I got as it arrived with dents in it. I do like that it provides full bed access and is very low profile.
-ScreenProtech- get this on the instrument cluster cover asap- that plastic will scratch or etch if you breathe on it wrong! Comes in a kit with protector for the infotainment screen, center controls area, and around the climate control knobs. All of it went on easily for me. Give it a few days for bubbles to go away.
-Running boards- I went with the Raptor 6” OEM running boards- super happy with them. They look like they could have came with the truck.
-Dog platform- just find the thread on here- awesome designs by super smart/creative people.

If you buy anything from Real Truck, search the forums email address to get special pricing.

Good luck! I am far from an expert but thought I’d share what I learned the last few weeks thanks to this website.

Picked this up last Monday. Looking to add a gatorefx bed cover and lift. Lift probably in a few months but can't decide on which one to go for. All I know so far is 35" tires is what i'm shooting for. Had 33's on my 2021 and def want to go slightly bigger.

Congrats! Looks like you might be in San Diego. I’m up in Encinitas and have a Limited TRD OffRoad leveled with 35” Toyo AT3s.

Next up is grill swap from the TRD to the factory Heritage/Pro.

Nice! I'm in chula where all the fires are going on right now. I was thinking of just doing a level but dunno if that would be okay or not. I don't plan to offroad and definitely wanted 35" tires. Think that would be okay?
I plan to do this soon as i'm able to drive again. getting my achilles repaired this week so thinking sometime in march/april i can get back to work on this.
also debating on replacing the jbl system but that'll come way later.

I should have clarified that I’m leveled in front with King 3.0 IBP’s. Front is up about 1.75” and back ride height remains stock. Overall ride and handling is great! Huge improvement over the stock suspension. No tire rub and I have front stock modified mudflaps still in place. Definitely plenty of clearance for 35’s.

Even if you don't plan to OffRoad, I would still think through what suspension you decide to run. Keep a goal of retaining the best ride quality. A spacer lift (adding a spacer on top of stock suspension) will result in a stiffer / rough ride. There are options like the Bilstein 5150 or 6112 that are adjustable and will improve ride quality over stock. Or the more expensive route like Icon, Fox, King, etc and get a big improvement in ride quality and adjustability to raise / lower the ride height based on how you want to setup the truck.

Stay safe around those fires and good luck with the achilles repair! My guess is you will order lots of truck parts in your recovery down time.
