    So if the trucks don't really need the shutter, as the Pros doesn't, I wonder why Toyota would bother putting them on all other trucks? Save a lot of money Toyota lol..

    Purely speculative, but I imagine most trims they are trying to maximize fuel efficiency. The trd pro already has larger a/t tires, a small lift, deleted air dam etc.
