    Hello all,

I have joined this group hoping to find the answer to a problem I have been dealing with since Dec of last year. I have a 2012 Tundra limited and decided to install a remote starter system. I know the limitations of the OEM one; however, since it was the dead of winter I decided to take the easiest route of plug and play… NOT I bought a factory system from a dealer via Amazon PT398-34111.

The install was very simple and straight forward, until I got to the part of programing the system. The part for the immobilizer fails after the sequence. If I program as if I do not have an immobilizer the truck cranks normally so I know the install is good.

    Any help is much appreciated
