I have a 2024 Tundra and installed the AMP Powersteps through the ODBII sensor port (installed the 2 way splitter so port is free). I am looking at the AMP Override harness and switch. Does anyone know if you can use the harness but instead of the AMP Switch can you use the Factory switch PN 84890-0C010? If so, does anyone know the pin outs? Harness side to Toyota Switch? I mean I could drill a hole for the AMP switch but would love to keep it more "factory looking" if you know what I mean. Thanks in advance. I have been looking everywhere and not been able to find a thread that covers this.

I just got AMP extreme steps was getting them installed tomorrow. Does the override switch fit in the blank where the power step button goes? I would imagine it's + (-) to switch and should be signal to up/down/auto on the AMP ECU. I can see if I can get wiring diagram with the switch pin out from my friend who's a tech at Toyota, I would also like to do this for my steps. Is that part # just the button? I'll see if I can get a part # for the connector blank, could probably create a pig tail harness to the AMP harness with that. It sounds like AMP has 3 different switches dependant on which AMP controller you are running so that might be the tricky part
