Find the exact center of each hole take out the bed mat and set it on the piece of plywood or material of your choosing and drill it out with a holesaw. Or razor knife

I was thinking hole saw too an i have almost every size but i think the rubber would gum up very quickly. Maybe cut a hole in a piece of 1/2" plywood and use it as a template to guide a razor knife. I cant imagine it would be too nasty to cut but wanted to check here first.

Just for fun after you're done cutting out the first one try a smaller holesaw on that leftover piece and see if it gums up.
