    Would’ve been an obvious answer if we had known that little tidbit of info.
    Dealers don’t have the means to reprogram the ODO in their standard tool kit - they have to order them programmed (or use an outside source locally). So yes, in light of this piece of info and the lag for delivery it makes sense that the ODO want a match

    Okay buddy, yes, I did leave it out. This was not by intent - when I typed the post, was founded on the information given to me by Toyota. "The cracked Bezel only was being replaced."

    Clearly corrected and timely informed everyone once I researched and spoke with the Service Manager.

    Not a drama person, just shoot straight and to the point. One could say your post incites just a tad bit of drama.

    Hopefully, this doesn't Fxxxxxxx boggle you further. LOL :)
