245k is about when I changed out all my front end components cause they were pretty roached. I bought my truck at 207k for pretty cheap, and she was rode hard.

Typically for Toyotas the balljoints will let you know when they are shot buy creaking and clunking. Tie Rods by loose feeling steering. Vibrations most of the time by tires, Mud Terrains easily will cause vibration if not rotated ever 5k.

Typically Center Support Bearing will clunk or vibrate under acceleration. Mine would back when coming to a stop, and then when taking off. My 99’ Tacoma is bad right now.

Wheel Bearings mostly grumble when they start to go bad, then grind when they are really bad.

Old trucks, as mentioned, can have sticking calipers, which heat and warp the rotors, and when dragging can cause a vibration. Also lightly applying the brake can cause vibration even if the rotors are only slightly worn warped.

Also as mentioned, if it’s in the steering wheel, definitely something in the front end. If it’s in the floor board, could also be in the front end, control arm bushings, but most likely chassis or rear drivetrain.
