What about now, did anyone get it yet? :goingcrazy:
It'll take a while guys, but well worth the wait..

You guys don't need to buy gaskets as you reuse the rear one. Keith did a video on youtube showing the process.

Thought about spraying down my bolts with wd40 or something of the likes in preparation to make install even easier, I may not need to but it won’t hurt, would be more useful for some guys up north.

I would definitely recommend this. I spray my bolts with wd40 or liquid wrench or whatever a couple times per year anyway. Like every bolt I can see while I'm under there. When I installed my dirtydeeds 6" I started spray daily for a week before install and it was still a bitch. I also will do fluid film undercoat every fall on this truck.

So question for the guys installing a resonator... I watched the video and he didn’t start installing the resonator until the 10 minute mark, so it was almost as if he installed the new muffler, then mocked up the resonator.

Wouldn’t it make the most sense to mock up the resonator before you start removing everything, then you only have to remove the tail pipe once?

There will be plenty of room for your drill/hole saw once the exhaust is mounted. It's a direct replacement, but there might be a few degrees difference and may change the angle of the resonator. Be sure to tilt it a bit for drainage.

I'm starting to get excited. I have received my spare gasket, have been lubing my bolts, got a good can of high temp rust inhibiting paint just for shits and giggles (also for tailpipe and tip), and will be picking up some new exhaust bolts for the front flanges (when I installed my 6" I had one bolt head ruined due to rust). So I'm pretty much ready to go.
Once replaced I will be selling my used 6", resonator, a new gasket, and the hole saw (if needed by buyer). I can't wait to hear this 8". :headbang:

    Update from @dirtydeeds:

“We will be assembling aluminized steel next week. The goal is to ship it ALL next Friday.

We got shorted on stainless pipe. But all parts minus the pipe is cut and ready to go on ss!!!

We will assemble ss the week after next if we get all aluminized built as expected.“

From what I can tell it looks like the aluminized guys should have shipping notifications by next week, but us stainless guys will have to be a wee more patient. Not long though, not long at all!
