Not around here... Cheapest I've seen is about $200k for a cardboard box of a house next to the highway.

Our condos are all downtown and other places people want to live and thus more than that.

Those with the means to buy the upper trims also have nice houses, beds, nannies (or a stay at home wife/husband) to deal with the kids, and most likely don't have to be in the office until 9:00. Although, they are super motivated and up at 5:00 every morning raring to go, and work well into the wee hours. Sleep is not needed for some freakish reason.

On the flip side, those struggling to get into the lower trims are most likely to work a ton of overtime in grueling environments, have spouses that work just as many hours, a house of noisy, unruly kids to deal with, and are just flat worn out from life and the most likely to need a nap between shifts - and driving home eats into precious nap time. THIS is the group that would benefit most from fold flat seats, yet they are denied. Damn shame, just shows how out of touch Ford marketing is with their own client base.

On edit: same goes for the fold out lunch table. The high rollers aren't brown bagging lunch and sitting in their truck. They're rolling out to sit down restaurants and ordering sushi. Once again, it's the common man who would benefit/use this feature in a lower trim truck.

Agreed but you can still buy an XL and save so much money, I mean thousands, an get just about any seat you want.

The fully reclining seat is aimed at the soccer dads who will buy the truck thinking that their missus will want to relive their teenage years. If they are lucky (literally!) it will be used once!
