    Gear is also makes a big difference. Being fitted with the right size board is key. I rode a 162.

    The best thing I tell people is to use your legs like a shock absorber. So you need to keep your knees bent. Once you start straightening out your legs, it means your tired and it is time to rest. Go to the lodge, get a few shots, or whatever.

    Second thing is carve. When starting out, carve more than you need to, learn your edges and steer with your rear. This is where a little speed helps a lot with control. Going straight down the mountain, your going to be hauling ass and out of control. As we all know how women are control freaks, this isn't good.

    Stretching is key. I would stretch the shit out of my wife's legs so she wouldn't be in to much pain. Heals to ears usually worked just fine.

    Thankfully you are not anymore. That is what makes you very smart. To many "good guys" to put up with that shit. When I had enough of the worthless relationships, I made a list of what I wanted and stuck to it.

    I married the next girl I dated due to that list over 15 years ago.
