Coming from someone who has spent the last 4 months cleaning and repairing the front half of my frame (granted it's only a few hours every few days, as time permits) I no doubt would have been better off buying a southern truck, or something from out west. The body and interior are clean, and the truck runs very well, so I figured it was worth the 2,000 that I paid for it.

Now, the up side to this is I'm nearing the completion of rebuilding the front half of the frame and have gotten an education on this truck that is nearly priceless. The frame repair caps are welded in place, all new suspension, new steering rack, brake lines, hoses, power steering lines and hardware. You name it...

The only way I was comfortable with putting all this money/work into the truck, was due to it's small initial investment.
