Anyone close to me with 37s that I can try on and see how much I’d have to trim haha.

I have 35x12x18 with +25 offset wheels and have plenty of room with my UCAs at 4* caster and 3” lift. Just need verification.

What's up gang! So I made some plans to do the Mojave trail in December with the old man. 12/13-12/15 if anyone wants to join us. I wanted to get a multi day run in before the baja run in Jan.

Guys. I mentioned that I got a Big Green Egg about 6 weeks ago and have done Bullfrog Chicken, Baby Backs, Tri Tip Brisket Style, Pulled Pork, Burgers, and Pizza. I need to experiment with something new that is not a Turkey, because, well you know what happens in a few weeks.

    Give me some ideas!

Also suggestions on lump charcoal if you have any. I have used the BGE brand and I got talked into Myron Mixon brand because when I was in the store the guy was on the phone with Myron's kid. We liked the MM better than BGE flavor wise (milder) but it is harder to light. I just got some Kamado Joe Big Block that I have not used yet. Recommendations appreciated.

No worries. I had a pellet for a couple years but momma didn't like it. So, we sold it and she bought the BGE. This one is on her if she isn't happy.

That reminds me. Every time the boy would have a TKD milestone we would do surf and turf on the Traeger. He had one last weekend, so I think that might be the ticket next weekend. See, you did help!

So how about a pork loin or pork tenderloin? If tenderloin then make a cream cheese/shredded cheese mixture, add some diced jalapeños and your favorite bbq rub. Lay strips of bacon on a cutting board next to each other. Place the tenderloin on top, Slice open the tenderloin stuff with cream cheese mixture, fold close and wrap with bacon. Tooth pick shut every couple inches. Smoke till done.

If you have a big crowd the pork loin is awesome! It’s a different recipe with a glaze. I can find it in a bit if your interested.

I have done those on the Weber but not this of course. Thank you for the suggestions! Good to hear from you and hope all is well (and hopefully your family has moved to indoor soccer this weekend!).

No worries! I’ll see if I can think of anything else….well there is over the top chili.. I believe this started on a BGE.

All is good. Hope the same for you and the family as well.

Nope. Still outdoor. Wouldn’t you know it this weekend is the beginning of Founders/Presidents Cup. She has a game in the couve tomorrow morning. I have to miss it as I’m working. It’s outdoor till the weekend before Thanksgiving, then Futsal starts and we get a break for 6-8 weeks and head inside.

If anyone is looking for an amazing pellet smoker, this is a screaming deal on a floor model71337228-3F92-4348-9173-1CA25C493B5A.jpgPitts & Spitts 1250. I was at the store getting pellets and saw this. Never fired. Looks like was outside for the summer months. Nothing a good cleaning won’t fix. I would have bought it but I’m holding out for a larger model.

The 1250 is what @RainMan_PNW has and and he loves it.

Store is located in Marysville, which is about an hour north of Seattle.

We talked about that. We do a mean cedar plank salmon. It is a matter of time.

    Nice line up of rigs.
