I’m bout to fire up the Traeger today for some smoked meatballs from the man him self Malcom Reed.
To save you gents some time here you go https://howtobbqright.com/2015/11/06/smoked-italian-meatball-subs/

I had way to much to do today so no homemade marinara. If I was serving people I would have made it.

Your scaring the #@!&$ out of me. I’m having Bilsteins 5100 being put on by Rodgers of Hermiston as they were the only shop I could find half way local (Dealer or not) that would let me bring my own parts. The Kennewick Toyota dealer forgot parts on my last oil change so I have not been back.

It’s a 2018. They do not make the color ones anymore. Too bad. But they are a pain to keep the shine.

Started with this gin that turns from blue (left) to purple (right) when tonic is added. It was very good G&T
    79BA9E6E-DD26-4DAC-81B3-764311DAC912.jpg
Then tried a sample of this. New release and very good.

Currently drinking the Heathen Greyhound. It’s a grapefruit sour and dangerous drinkable. 1470D263-445C-405A-B491-CE22F8DAEAD8.jpg

I really want to try the Rocks tequila. But I’m not a tequila fan...unless it’s mixed with some strawberry or mango.

    How’s the Kirkland one?

I’m pretty well grounded on scotch single malts.
I had a distillery map of Scotland for a while and kept a pin on every distillery I had a bottle from. When I realized I had a bit over 7k in scotch I took my map down and started just drinking the stuff. Sometimes I get carried away, lol

I’m a big fan of whiskey, whisky, and bourbon. Had to start drinking rather than just collecting because it was getting a bit out of hand and I was running out of room. Not 7k, but I stopped counting different bottles at 40 at one point.

One of the nice things about having your own bar and pool room is you never have to drive home and you can always sleep under the table!

well this just happened. I told the wife I’d go get a bottle(guess which one) and she comes home with a bottle and says...I got you something!

    Ha! I got you something!

So now I’m waiting for this Tylenol to kick in(rocking a fever from my 2nd shot) before I mix another drink. And took tomorrow off due to said fever.

    Ps meatballs turned out awesome!!

Dudnt even put them on buns. Just in a bowl with a couple scoops of Kirkland Marinara and two types of Parmesan and Asiago.

    You a fan of Oban?
We visited the distillery in Scotland when I was a wee lad, got a couple samples :D.
I prefer Canadian whiskey but I'll always remember Oban.

Oban was definitely one of the ones on my map. Always preferred the really peaty scotch and the strong billowing yellow smokey seegars!
I now keep a couple good scotch bottles (for special occasions) and mainly drink “utility” scotch like Laphroaig

That's about par for the one here. Great sales, I'd buy from them again. Shitty services so I don't take anything there for work done. I knew some people in there and wouldn't want them working on my truck even if it was free.
Rogers is same in Hermiston as well as Lewiston. Great place. Had work done there once. I'd go back. But I have friends in Lewiston so it's a great excuse to go visit as well.

I’m not “good” with hard-A, but this is tasty. Cannot say I’m a mega fan of tequila, but I can get thru a few of these.

Okay, I’m done posting for the night…getting hard to type

I only like tequila that I can sit and sip…not salt/shot/lime for me. I’ve had better, but for a lot steeper price too. This one is a good bargain for what you get.
