Not sure of your situation, but I prefer windshield time to taking the bus. Commuted into Seattle for a couple of year back in the early 2000’s. Hated it.

My employer seems to be excited about the CDC’s mask changes and Inslee’s promise to reopen the state be the end of June. Sounds line my return-to-work is being accelerated. I’m hoping to get a 3 in / 2 remote schedule as well.

Love LW. We’ll be out there next month. Not soon enough.

I'm lucky enough that I was taking the Sounder Train from Everett into Downtown every day. A beautiful ride in the morning where I was able to get an hour of work done without meetings or phone calls and a quiet ride home in the evenings where I could watch a show, listen to a podcast, etc.

Though I'd opt for the bus going home if it required.

My issue with windshield time is that I tend to get sleepy when driving by myself... I don't really want to have to take the 405 daily if I can avoid it.

@Juanjoolio007 @RainMan_PNW and anyone else. I’m going to be in the Vancouver area over Memorial Day weekend. If you want a chocolate delivery, let me know. I can pick it up next weekend and bring it down. Then we can coordinate a pickup in the Vancouver area.

Man - I’m actually going to be in Seattle that weekend. Or at least I think on Sunday. Going to see the M’s. Not sure if we’re going to take the train or drive.

Oh really!!! Let me talk to the wife. I usually have to work weekends but that one just happens to be my Sickation lol.

Are you still doing SP? I just signed up again today. With my new crazy freaking schedule I don’t have time to dedicate to long PL workouts any more. Plus my back only really cooperates a couple times a week.
Nice toy hauler by the way!! And Congrats!

Right on. We moved into the area last year and I’ve been on the hunt for a good chocolate place. Haven’t found anything We’re satisfied with in Portland area, will have to try this out on the missus.

Had a few Great Notions myself, then decided to go install my SDHQ battery connectors and make my power-folding mirrors auto-folding.
The Flight Chocolate is good stuff, and they take their stuff very serious (in a good way).

Gotta get up early tomorrow as well - taking a trip out to Hood River to pick up some fresh chickens, and then home to host our HOA annual meeting. Sunday's gonna be my mowing day.

Tim - hope you find some morels. I grew up picking them every spring with my parents. Never liked them as a kid till I was about 14...then I realized what I had been missing out on!
