has anyone had Milo do a CMC with SDHQ sliders already installed? Is it possible to do it correctly or do the sliders needed to be removed first?

I think it would be best to leave them on to see how much clearance they will give him for his plate. Or he would charge labor for removal.

Im sure that wouldn't be a problem. You would probably just need to take care of shipping.
I have a set off my 15'. If you can find someone with 16'+ around here might save ya a few bucks.

It's my boss' new project. Dirt bug bit hard so you are going to see this build a little more around here. I did his air to spring conversion, he is running icon 2.5 coilovers up front and more to come!

That's something I want to discuss. When Joon's truck was on rack we were looking at the cam tabs. Why do ya have to buy gussets instead of welding a little piece of flat stock behind/ backing up the tab?

I've seen a few ppl run a bead behind the oem tabs, to toughen it up. The Tacoma I detailed recently has done it and has never had issues. He manages to bend spindles and radiator supports, but that bead holds up for him.
I think purchasing the cam tab gussets from TC just makes it that much easier for the fabricator end.
    Are you doing secondaries?

Also, after I looked @joonbug 's truck the other day, I think the cam tab gusset plates might give that area a little more strength. His was pretty folded and needs to be bent back to get the new plates to sit flush. His is actually starting to split away.

If you weren't gonna weld em or haven't found someone to weld em in, it would be a good time to do it all in one shot with Milo.
Some places charge a pretty penny for just the cam tab gussets bc LCA's have to be removed. I think CALIFab was charging Ed $800, since he was doing LT they just charged him like 100 bc everything was coming off anyway.

@831Tun How about all the stuff that needs to be welded?
Secondaries/limit straps/ *possible* cam tab gussets or "safety bead"
Rear bed cage or LSK cantilever kit..?

I've got a really good grinder....LOL so I can do some of the easier welding. Don't think I'm going bed cage. LSK cantilever would be the most extreme I'd go with the rear. Maybe just SUA and shock relocate but I haven't done enough research yet.
