    Just took delivery a few weeks ago of my 2017 4wd Crewmax. While under the truck today, I noticed that the u-joints on the rear drive shaft have no zerk fittings.

    With everything I have read on this site, the rear shaft should have 3 zerks. Apparently something has changed. Has anyone else noticed this?

    2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
    Sometimes they are not at the yoke part of the u-joint but on one of the outer roller bearing cups.
    Any chance you missed them?

    I checked the yoke and the outside of each roller bearing and no fitting.

    @VCR
    That sucks. I would be uncomfortable leaving u-joints un-lubed for over 15 or 20k miles.
    I would even consider drilling and tapping a spot to put in a zurk. Not something you should have to do.
