I’m a 2 wheel junkie as well. I prefer riding a bike or motorcycle to anything. I’m fact, this is the first time in my life that I haven’t had a motorcycle since I was 5. I’ve recently given them up for high end road-bikes but I know I’ll be back to owning one in a couple of years.

I have a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for our second vehicle. But if I had to have another main vehicle I would want a Jeep JK with the truck bed conversion. The bandit shown has over 700 hp and has a $240k price tag. But I would do my own build for a fraction of the cost. IMG_9348.jpg

$240k and you get stupid wheels, meh tires, no bypasses, no cantilever setup, no double triangulated front and rear 4 links...... geeze, what a rip off! Does it have a whole bunch of stupid color changing lights? Is that what the extra mark up is for?

Look up Starwood motors and you will some some extremely over priced Jeeps! I like the truck conversion but I wouldn't have someone build it. I would do something similar to the "Rattletrap" diesel Jeep conversion.

Look up bruiser conversions. They do the same thing for a ton cheaper and for guys who will actually wheel their rigs.

Yup I'm familiar with their stuff as well. I wouldn't pay someone to it for me though. The build is most of the fun anyways. Built not bought.

I pretty much ride a KLR 650 until it snows, at 50+mpg its hard not to. It does suck riding in a city as large as Rochester, but the back streets save me trips to the morgue:eek:

My 10-year-old son LOVES Teslas. He got hooked on them in some racing video game. I took him to a Tesla dealership a few weeks ago and we checked out the Model X and Model S. Pretty cool cars, just don't like their price tag.

When we lived in SoCal, the import dealer from Nordhavn was down the street. Such an incredible boat. 65' is a great size to live on full time.

My ride anywhere bikes. I sold the MX bikes and bought the KLX specifically so that I don't have to load up every time I want to go ride trails. I bought the KLR so that whenever I'm out riding pavement I still have the freedom to follow any dirt road or trail that I find along the way.
