    Right?
I'm gonna go trade in my Tundra for a 3rd gen Taco so I can get some action.

Mods are hoppin! Love this forum. Nowhere else can I get non stop commentary on how shitty Tundras gas mileage is and what an atrocity they stopped putting on a Transmission cooler!

Don’t do that to yourself! Driving a 3rd gen Taco after a 3rd gen Tundra is guaranteed frustration. If you want some action, just kick something my way. I may not be a complete asshole, but I am capable of remarkable short term bursts.

LOL. Yep. That said if I had a dollar for everytime I had to fix an engineer's design mid-build, I'd be retired. :D

I’d be curious to know if the Tacoma owner is on average younger than the Tundra owner. I always hear how this crowd is pretty tame compared to the bull shit on the Taco forums.

I can believe that. Tacos are the sporty truck and Tundras are for getting shit done. Tundras also cater better towards those with families due to their size which imply that Tundra owners are older and more established.

I could be full of shit though. Maybe Taco owners are just immature children by default. :D

Boo hiss. We need to try harder.

I’m not sure if the crowd here is tame or maybe it’s just that 3rd gen Taco owners have so many legitimate complaints. After all if you’re constantly frustrated with your truck you will be consistently more bitchy, regardless of age.

    Just getting started
Yeah and they go something like:
    1. Press the ECT button right after power on
    2. Get the OV Tune, it wakens it up
    3. You need to get the latest TSB
    4. Get the "always on" mod for your ECT
    5. Get a pedal commander!
    6. F-it supercharge it

I came from the 3rd gen taco...and I love the tundra. I have only towed a light trailer so far, but I could burn tires with it on there. No going back.
Not to knock the taco, I'd take one as an extra...but that tranny did need a little attention..with the tundra, I'll take my chances

Hell, now there's a turbo kit too!

I'd consider one as a second vehicle too, but only a manual.

I like everyone on this forum regardless if they have a cooler or not. Lol.

look on bright side the only , and I mean the only, things we complain about are trans coolers and fuel mileage.

neither have yet lead to someone being stranded or left with a huge warranty issue.
