While we all enjoy our Tundras, I see that most members have upsetting issues...not enough power, leaks, lights aren’t bright enough, back end isn’t stable enough, strange warning lights, etc.

    I love mine.
Plenty of power (and I only have the baby v8)...takes off quickly when I need to merge, responsive when I need to pass another vehicle, sounds great (and a little mean).
    Great mpg...17/20
Best handling truck I’ve ever driven...no wavering on takeoff, tight steering, snug in curves and turns, smooth ride across bumpy areas, great maneuverability.
    Brakes smoothly and quickly.
Stereo has crisp highs and even decent bass for a system with no subwoofer.
Interior is roomy, even for someone my size, seats are firm and very comfortable whether for a short ride to the store or a long road trip. Ac/heat work well and blow hard.
The outer appearance is gorgeous. I still smile every time I walk out and see my truck.
There were a few things I thought were odd (tiny beep instead of honking on lock/unlock, stereo controls on the front of the steering wheel instead of behind for easier access, giant console with no way to organize anything), but nothing bad.
I’ve had other trucks from other manufacturers, but this is my favorite and I have no complaints.

Who else finds their truck to be satisfactory?

    Not nearly enough room here!
We're all different but if my truck 'honked' like the obnoxious GM's, I'd disable it in a flash. In my opinion, our truck's locking/unlocking signal is much classier than most.

Absolutely love my truck. Minor annoyances here and there but as a whole its excellent! Only truck I had any confidence in purchasing used with 100k miles and almost 10 years old. It was immaculate and didn't need much other than normal maintenance items.

Recently discovered the radiator is leaking ever so slowly...no problem, putting in a new one myself and it was only $130.Can't complain, it's plastic and made it 10 years and 120k miles. Original suspension components on it still and rides just like a new one. Will be replacing with 5100's soon though to level out the truck and the shocks are showing their age from a rust perspective.

My only real complaint I have is the bed is rusting out in the usual spots from the bottom up just like everyone else and that to me is no bueno. No real way to fix it without it coming back but oh well, I'll just weld in some patches and call it good for a few more years. Don't want to spend the thousands to have it fixed professionally or replace the entire bed. Have a feeling because it's out of warranty Toyota will tell me to pound sand on it, but opened a support case with corporate just in case they decide to say yes on a new bed.

I don't plan on getting rid of the truck, even if I need an HD in the future I'll just keep it in the family. Everything else is just customization. Stereo isn't terrible even at 10 years old...but I'm a little bit of an audio snob and over a certain volume it does nothing for me so I will be installing aftermarket components soon. Overall, fantastic truck that I love. I smile every time I see it in the driveway and get to jump in knowing it's mine. Waited a lot of years to get myself a truck and it's rad!

First time in along time that I enjoy driving. Also in about 20 years that I have wanted and have done mods on a vehicle because I thought it was worth doing. Totally satisfied.

You can make the horn honk in the settings for when you use the fob.

I've had a few issues with my truck in 5 years of ownership,(LCA's froze, leaking cam towers, blown rack and pinion) but I still think it is one of the best looking trucks in my area,I still enjoy driving it, and if I were to replace it my first choice would be another Tundra! Does that make me stupid?

    @AlmightyCrash
I believe the vast majority of forum members and visitors are on forums for 2 reasons: either they have a problem and need help or they want to personalize their vehicle with modifications.
The probability exists that the greater number of owners have no problems and no desire to change anything so never even visit a forum.

Although, we have to acknowledge that most Tundra owners without Superior Super White trucks are inevitably destined to being dissatisfied and envious.

I absolutely love my Tundra. Did I have a few suggestions for tweaks? Sure. But they’re not complaints. I was a diehard Chevy truck guy before this. After driving my Tundra for 4 months, I know I made the right decision and there’s no way that I’d ever go back.

I think it's too strong, too big and the carbon footprint is atrocious. Do we really need all of that room in the cab?

I’ve had many flavors. This one has been my favorite.
I’ve loved the 20K miles I’ve put on mine. The previous owner put 40K on it.
    He enjoyed it too.
We’ll see how the next 60K go lol.
    Hopefully good
